These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the platform oddini.bet (hereinafter "Platform" or "Service"), operated by Oddini OÜ, registered in the Estonian Commercial Register under number 16XXXXXX, with registered office at Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia (hereinafter "Provider", "we" or "us"). The Platform provides an information service for sports betting analysis and data-driven predictions. The Provider is not a bookmaker and does not accept wagers. All content provided is for informational purposes only. By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform.
ODDINI is a machine learning-based analytics platform providing predictions for sporting events. Our system analyzes 45 statistical features per match using XGBoost ensemble algorithms, Poisson models, and Shin margin analysis. Our services include: • Value Bet Detection: Identification of bets with positive expected value based on mathematical models • Predictions: Daily tips including edge, odds, and optimal stake sizing using Kelly criterion • Notifications: Telegram alerts before matches begin (depending on subscription tier) • Statistics: Transparent performance reports with CLV, ROI, and equity curves • API Access: Programmatic access to our predictions (Elite tier) The Provider does not guarantee profits. All predictions are based on statistical models and historical data. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Use of the Platform requires registration. The contract is formed upon your registration and our confirmation via email. When registering, you must: • Provide truthful and complete information • Be at least 18 years of age • Ensure that use is legal in your jurisdiction • Create only one account per person You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all activities under your account.
We offer the following subscription tiers: Rookie (Free): 3 predictions per day, basic statistics, 1 league, email support Pro (49 USDT/month): All predictions, detailed analytics, all leagues, Telegram alerts, Kelly calculator, priority support Elite (99 USDT/month): All Pro features plus API access, custom alerts, early access, private Discord, 1-on-1 onboarding All prices are in USDT (Tether). The Provider reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are exempt from price changes until the end of the current billing period.
Payment is due in advance for the selected billing period. We accept cryptocurrencies exclusively through our payment service provider NOWPayments. Over 300 cryptocurrencies are supported, including USDT (TRC-20), Bitcoin, Ethereum, and many more. Subscriptions renew automatically for the original term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before expiry. In case of payment default, we are entitled to suspend access to paid features until outstanding amounts are settled. Refunds are granted in accordance with statutory withdrawal rights. After expiry of the withdrawal period, refunds are excluded unless the service was unavailable due to circumstances within our control.
As a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., email to support@oddini.bet) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performing the contract after you expressly consented and simultaneously confirmed that you will lose your right of withdrawal.
The user agrees to: • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes • Not provide false or misleading information • Not commercially resell the information received • Not take technical measures to circumvent access restrictions • Not overload the Platform through automated systems or bots • Not publish content that infringes third-party rights In case of violation of these obligations, we are entitled to suspend or delete the user account.

The Provider is not liable for: • Losses arising from the use of our predictions • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided • Interruptions or failures of the Platform • Actions of third parties, including bookmakers or payment service providers Liability for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
All content on the Platform, including texts, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software, is protected by copyright and is the property of the Provider or its licensors. Use of the content is permitted exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, distribution, or public accessibility requires the prior written consent of the Provider. The ODDINI trademark and associated logo are registered trademarks of the Provider.
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://oddini.bet/privacy. We process your data in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Data Protection Act. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to you via email or by publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you object to the changes, you are entitled to terminate your subscription at the end of the current term.
Free accounts may be terminated at any time by deleting the account. Paid subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to take effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is done via account settings or by email to support@oddini.bet. We are entitled to terminate the contract without notice for good cause, particularly in case of violations of these Terms.
The laws of the Republic of Estonia apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers residing in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence additionally apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Tallinn, Estonia, where legally permissible. Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
